I have heard the presence of MILF in Lanao and suspension of classes in IIT. Let’s all hope and pray that our classmates in Marawi and Iligan City will be fine.
As of this moment, our valedictorian is out doing research-related (yet again) stuff. He told me all about it when I interrogated him in our chat several weeks ago. However, I totally forgot about it if it weren’t for Mama Corazon who heard the news from Ma’am Mateo. Two nights ago, I unexpectedly caught him in invisible mode in Yahoo! Messenger. And so I learned that he left on the 2nd and will be back on the 10th. He told me that he’s staying in a hotel and that they visited Singapore first before going to Indonesia. Below is our conversation before he left the country as well as the document he submitted which made him win (I guess). Read more…
Be right back. Happy new month by the way.
P.S. What the fuck hick it’s been four months since the last post?
Excerpts from a chat…

“Dung hold up ni kung gus2 ka padaun pg.iskwela ambi imu unit. Kuhaa ang SIM kay importante na para makntak nmu imu Mama.”
This is what Philip told me (as usual, via SMS) when I last registered to SMART’s Unlimited Text. For days, he was asking who I am but I only got the chance to tell him at that time. Hehe. Basically, all his contact numbers were saved in the phone memory, so if his tale is true, then I guess he doesn’t know any of you too.
“Grow up.” Yeah, that’s right. It’s the lesson I was taught today. “Grow up.” Hmm.. So good to my ears. And I will make it a point that I definitely will.
PuTIK lo manayaw dapat mi kr0n tp0s ngquit ko gHap0n,tang ina ng lag0t jud ko shit. . ! bCoz of my bf nganu ngquit ko puTA
Oh, yes. You heard — no, read — that right. That was the exact text message I received from a classmate last January 26. I was really stunned upon reading it. If you wanna know who she might be, then try your luck by reading her SMS to me last night:
Nels0n, 94 ako nMat im so hapPy! Ecstatic wahaha wala man gud ko ng.xpect tp0s la ng.review center. . Ako cm8 99
Yesterday I received a text message from Mama Corazon saying that she knew from my aunt that a couple whose last name is Cocamas and is from Bayugan 2 got involved in a motorcycle accident. She asked me if there are other people from the place who have the same last name. I wasn’t certain, so I sent Harvey a message.
Harv, tinuod?
His reply was pretty awkward. He was asking me of what I know. It seemed an honest reply so I didn’t bother… As I walked away from the school building this afternoon, I received another text message from Mama confirming the involvement of Harvey’s parents in the accident. This time, I sent a straightforward message to Harvey. His reply was:
Ok na sila. Discharged naman daw sila karon. Mag-uli gani ko ugma. Naa lang daw mga bruise, sa head tanan.
I have known that last January 3, there was a little gathering at Alcin’s place in Taglikid. Attendance? Ronna, Naiza, Ophel, Candy, X and X. There are more, but I’m not sure who they are, so I’m leaving their names as “X”. Here’s a thing that’s certain — they had a drinking session. I was surprised to hear about it considering the fact that Ma’am Erlinda might be home. I was told that she really was and it was just fine with her. They parted ways at 10PM.
Two days after, Alcin, Farrah, Hazel, Juvanni, Naiza, Ophel, and Paeng were on the same vessel going to Cebu. For the information of those who do not know, Alcin and Juvanni are, of course, studying in Cebu. The same thing also goes for Paeng. I don’t know if you remember him. He’s two years younger (ouch, doesn’t the word hurt?) than our batch. Farrah — bound for Bohol and the other two for Iloilo. Hazel, well, I think she merely visited Alcin’s boarding house (for three days). They played Bowling at SM. Pictures and a video were imprisoned in Ophel’s camera. Unfortunately, when I got the chance to see them, I didn’t bring a flash drive. I promise to put them here.
On site updates, I’ve fixed and modified some codes around, moved select files to a different server, and added one-click smilies that can be used in comments. And there’s this ‘maniac’ who posts obscene words in the shoutbox (I actually have a strong guess of who he is). No worry folks, I can filter messages easily. I can ban anyone from posting messages and even from accessing a tiny little piece of the site. So beware. Don’t mess with the wrong guy.
December 22: Seminar for Ravin Joseph’s Baptism. I, John Paul, Kenneth, Mary Cherubin, Mia, and Pearl Kaye ate at Rose Bakeshop thereafter. Lizlee and Ophel Yvette Marie promised to follow. Later on, when we were searching for an Internet Café that can accommodate four, we found the two eating at Len’z. Traidor.

December 23: I was late for the bunyag. In the picture above, the priest had to say, “Ma-singer man tingali ni inig kadako.” The reception was at Maya’s. The next stop was Lexelcom where we had a fun conference chat in Yahoo! Messenger just like the previous day.
December 28: Jesha got out of her shell to play Badminton. We fetched Ronna at her lola’s house and stayed for a while at Aiza May’s. Jesha then treated us with siopao at Rose, where we saw Mary Cherubin. Naiza Mae arrived at the court an hour after we came. Jollibee was the last stop. Langhap Sarap!
A new year’s here. 2008. Rat. I was told that this will be a good one for the (year of the) dragons — business. We’ll soon find out. And by the way, a new video’s here and a whole bunch of pictures here!
There will be a meeting this Saturday regarding the baptism of Raquel’s son, Ravin. Those who are willing to ninong/ninang are required to attend in order to be included in the list. It’s a requirement. So to those who are already home by that day, and if you happen to be interested about this matter, please do attend. You can contact Raquel at 09213875863 for further details.
I went to the city of Ioilo yesterday to buy a book and a few other things, including my gift for my manita. Gaisano was the place where Ophel met me and Naiza. As what she told us, she brought with her her boyfriend. At first sight, I instantly knew that what Ophel was saying before is true. He stands around 6′2″ — that’s 2″ taller than I am. If you can only imagine how Ophel would look beside him. Hehe. The interesting thing was, he’s not your typical boyfriend-of-a-friend-met-for-the-very-first-time-and-stays-quite. He talks a lot and for the almost two months that they’ve been together, I can say that they’re already pretty close? Neh, there are other details about him that I don’t ought to write here.

Nothing’s particularly new right now. I only added two new banners. If the probability permits, you will see them. Somehow, I’m glad that some are already learning how to leave comments in the posts. To those who simply read, why bother going here in the first place?
Apparently, new news are only posted during school breaks. I have already assigned Joey, Krysta, Mia, and Naiza as authors (meaning they can write posts if they want to) but it seems that partly getting away from schoolwork is impossible for them. I can’t know all the ‘latest’ you know so it’d be great if you guys can help. Hmm, I really doubt that you’ll write out your lives though. But if you’re interested, just tell me at Flirt Wind.
See y’all on Christmas break then. And oh, about those who’re looking for the pictures last sem-break, I wasn’t able to bring a copy of them with me. Our computer at home broke down when I left for the second semester. So shut your horses, okay?
Guess what guys? I’m in Cagayan de Oro City right now, softly killing the time before going back to school. I went to Xavier (Ateneo de Cagayan) University and met up with Budlat, Apple, Kanding, and Abu. The first two already had classes while the other two were still on the process of enrolling. What surprised me very much was the fact that Abu will be taking only 3 units this semester—English40! Imagine that? Some of her old classmates had to name her “major in English”. Lol. We advised her of having a job—Jollibee or school student assistant wouldn’t be bad. Of course, since there was Kanding, there was also his girlfriend Rachelle. She’s a cute little girl. If we’d stand beside each other she’ll surely appear as my sungkod/tungkod.
She significantly looks like Igatz (Jesha) except for the skin color. But mind you, she doesn’t seem friendly at all.
I was expecting that there’s a vessel to Iloilo tomorrow. It turns out that I still have to wait until Wednesday and will have to travel via Iligan City. So that’s it, guess I’ll be tambay for some time here.
Time check: I have been in front of this freakin’ PC in Lexelcom for almost 3½ hours already. Finally, everything in the site seems fine after moving to a new CMS (content management system—nosebleed ka noh?). The thing that really killed most of my time was the transfer of the gallery pictures. It was quite a pain.
So, how was the Barangay elections? I voted in the afternoon and saw Abu in SF Pilot Elementary School, our voting station. She was a volunteer. For the information of those who do not know, her father is a Kagawad candidate. The picture you see below is my hand (c’mon, who else?) — with the indelible ink in the forehand and some other kind of ink in the thumb.
Earlier this afternoon, Ronna came here to get the P60 amutan for tomorrow’s planned get-together party (not again?). Meeting will be at Yana’s at 8. I have no idea of the people who’ll be present. Charis Doreen is here right now. I was really surprised to see her. It’s been a while. She said she wasn’t able to vote because she is not yet registered. Tsk, ang alindahaw..
Lately I have been catching Ma’am Cecille in Y!M and of course I couldn’t help but ask why, considering that she’s supposed to be at school. She told me that she’s at Trento and that one of these days, she’ll give birth to a child!
Aloha! In no time the first semester for this academic year will be over. Semestral break’s here again. Hopefully there’ll be time for us to see each other again. Drama. Anyway, last 11-15, I went to Manila for an IT Congress and, of course, had some time with our fellas there - Jesha, Joey, Kamille Angelie, and Mary Cherubin. I strutted in TriNoma and we went to Star City. The gallery’s now filled with new pictures.
On other news, I heard that Jollibee will finally open in San Francisco one of these days. I wonder how it would feel like now that the municipality is slowly ‘leveling-up’. Lol. Well, I just feel so sorry for those who reside in this place called Prosperidad. I guess its big land area did not attract the fast-food restaurant at all.
(random) John Paul and Dovie lost their cellphone units.
* Oh, for heaven’s sake, if you read this post please do leave a comment by clicking the link below and filling up the page contained in the pop-up. The lack of comments around makes me think that maintaining this site is simply a waste of time.$ ^^,
Last Tuesday I received a text message from Ate Aimee. It read, “Si Jun Dalen dead on arrival sa hospital gabii. High blood…” Of course I instantly believed it because my sister works at the D.O. Plaza Memorial Hospital. The reason was heart attack. I met Naiza here in our campus and she also heard the same reason. Also, according to her, it was the first attack, which unfortunately lead to death…
Let us all pray for the serenity of his soul and for his family. He was a father, a loving husband, and a good friend. His burial will be tomorrow.
I’ve updated the profiles page. Hurray! Today is Alcin’s birthday and last Sunday was Ophel’s. Yesterday I chatted with Dovie and she told me that it’s been a week since she lost her job (in Manila). She’s in the process of applying to a new company right now. Uh.. I really suspect that it’s goodbye school for her, and hello world of labor and industry. One more thing, Chin-Chin Gutierrez indeed had a concert in San Francisco last night (as what Ronna said in the shoutbox)!
I don’t know the exact date of their arrival, but one thing’s for sure: Ma’am Nonie Dagondon and Sir Cullo’s wedding this coming July 28 is unstoppable. As what Joey told me when our paths crossed via SMS, they are now very rich as a couple. Well if you think about it maybe they were simply lucky with their lives in the U.S. of A. With regards to this, our classmates Joey and Naiza Mae will really go home to attend the event. Naiza will be leaving this Wednesday. I don’t know with Mader. Anyway, today I just had my Civil Service Sub-Professional Examination. It was a blessing from heaven that I had a schoolmate as a roommate in the dorm I stayed in for without him, I would’ve been unable to get myself ready for the test center by 7AM!
The ones above are the ‘online’ birthday cards I gave to our classmates who recently celebrated their birthdays. They’re all posted in their respective Friendster accounts (click for the full version). Also, I’ve updated the gallery! CLICK!
Whew! Who would’ve thought that it’s almost three years already since we became college? We’re gradually getting older and older! Haha! Nevertheless, some things have remained unchanged - news still follow me no matter what I do. ![]()
In my first few weeks here at school, when we were still not meeting in our computer laboratory, I was surfing the Internet outside like there’s no tomorrow. Sheila Mae was surprisingly always online in Yahoo! Messenger as well so we were able to chat. I learned that she acts as a student assistant or something and is assigned in the café of their school, which is Mountain View College in Valencia City, Bukidnon. It’s a form of scholarship. The money never touches her hands. Instead, it is immediately directed to the school to serve as the registration fee. You get the point.
Last June 24, Ronna and I were exchanging text messages around 1 in the morning. She couldn’t sleep that’s why she looked for someone to spare her time with. She informed me that Mia guested in this 89.9 radio station in Davao City. It’s basically because of her teacher, according to Ronna. Something like, Mia’s teacher has a regular segment in that station and she was invited. It might also be possible that she’ll be guesting there again some other time. Lastly, Ronna told me that our school already has a Wi-Fi Internet connection. Err.. Too good to be true, don’t you think? I dunno.
Yeah, time dearly flies fast. The ‘long’ summer vacation is soon gonna be over. It’ll be months again before we see each other’s faces. Many has been very busy lately. Nonetheless, there are still those chosen few who prefer to runaway from any sort of work to tambay at the kanto. Nyahah! So here are some of the diminutive gatherings that happened in summer 2007. Break free.
April 30: Pahak, Lagat, Yana, Manangkungay, and Ahnor went to our house. If you don’t know why, where’ve you been?! We subsequently went to Raquel’s to pay her and her son, Ravin, a visit.
May 21: Katring and Baki dropped by our house. I fed them lunch and Lagat came thereafter. We went to school for some sight-seeing and was sighted by Ma’am Gelacio, Tabugon, Ungab, and Aguilar. Only Ma’am Aguilar was the one who didn’t say the magic word. What was the magic word? S-E-C-R-E-T. We then went to Rose and ate Halo-Halo. Pahak came on time just as we had our order. The next stop was at Yana’s lola’s house before deciding to go to the Badminton court. It rained hard so the destination was changed to Philip’s. We got our hands on his new laptop.
May 22: Mama and I bought some barbeques near Philip’s residence and as we passed the house I noticed that their dining table was full of people - the same scene we had the other night. It immediately came to me that maybe some of us paid him a visit. The next day I knew from Yana herself that it was indeed them - Raro, Mia, Ronna, Pearl, and her. I also knew that they went to Ebro Housing.
Lost Time: I was with Naiza and was about to leave her at DBP when we saw Philip and Xyrel coming from the opposite direction. Earlier that day, we already saw them going out of Allnyt Café. They ended up playing online games (what else?) at einerz. And, finally, after merely crossing paths in less than 2 seconds at MSU, I got Manoy’s mobile number!
May 25: I’ve been pathetic over the Internet this summer, especially that my computer has rested because of exhaustion from the fluctuating current. Haha. Tsk, wasting money for nothing in particular. I had my ‘income’ and domain now though. My workplace is at Lexelcom and today I met Yam-Yam and Katring there. I bumped their heads from behind, without them knowing that it was me. They stayed for some minutes chitchatting - waiting for their sundo - before finally deserting me.
Last week I was able to chat with Putot via Y!M. She was at her cousin’s house, trespassing again. Haha. She called me but since I don’t have a headset at home, I could not respond to her vocally. With that, she simply spoke her heart out while I had to poorly type in reply. That’s the wonder of people who type pretty fast! Whew~ Our chat was pretty long and fun. I even requested her to sing songs because she’s saying that she’ll join PBB or PDA. Y not! Perhaps I should upload her song (because I recorded it) next time.
From Manila, let’s fly to Davao. According to Baki, which who is now an unpaid houseboy, Dangas has a music band now. Bongga. I confirmed it from Ahnor when she came over our house days ago. Flying back to Manila, Kamille’s choir had a performance at the CCP yesterday. For those ignorami who doesn’t know what it stands for, it’s Cultural Center of the Philippines. Of course, let us not forget updates from Visayas live from our very own Katring in Boracay. His four-week (I guess) OJT is finally over but he, together with his buddies, chose to spend more time in the place for summer. Hmm.. Spendthrift. So far I’d say that he’s making the best out of the beach and the people especially the local celebrities and the forangers (if you know what I mean).
Yana mentioned in one of her comments that you should feel free to drop me a line if you have something interesting that you want everybody to know. If so, e-mail’s simulationelson[at]gmail.com. Furthermore, Katring suggested that the index (main) page of this site should have a specific classmate featured and is to be changed on a monthly basis. Not bad. He said that he/she would be the “Cover Boy/Cover Girl” for the month. Cool, don’t you think?
A few days ago I learned by fate (whew) that our very own classmate Rey Alcin P. Ortega is now Hazel E. Soliva’s boyfriend. For those who do not know her, she was our classmate way back in elementary. They’re on for like, 2 weeks or so now. Okay, so much for that.
Breaking NEWS: According to a reliable source, Kanding and her girlfriend broke up. Then, there was a time (heha, these were the same four words my source used upon telling me) that the girl asked Kanding, “Who’s the girl you really love?” The name she ought to hear was Jesha. I have also heard from another source that the two have reconciled now. But it doesn’t stop there. A few days ago, someone ‘texted’ Jesha and their exchange of messages started something like this:
Jesha: (receives a text message) Hu u?
Texter: notsniw7 (referring to himself as John Winston)
Jesha: Huh?! Gatxtanay man taraw mi ni Baje karon!
It was basically Rachelle, Kanding’s ex and present girlfriend. What followed next was that Jesha was thrown with obscene words! I no longer know extra details and the reason why it all happened. That’s already beyond my control. ^-^’ But you get the point anyway.
Extra Extra » Kapatid ni Ophel, nagbakasyon sa Singapore! Imagine that? Our Ophel’s scope is merely Liangga! ![]()
* Here’s the “video” that I made that was also posted in your respective Friendster accounts as comments. Prepare your eye accuracy for this one! ^^,
Last Sunday around 11AM Pahak sent me an SMS saying that Pearl has an invitation to their house for lunch because of her father’s birthday. Sadly (whow), I declined the offer because it was already too alanganin to go. Also, there are only a few who could possibly go. The video that you see below was made by Mia. I got it last Friday when she went to our house to give me a new puppy - Kikang. So yeah, I guess that’d be all for now. See y’all.
Ooh.. Look at the title. Feels like ABS-CBN, eh? Nyaha. Summer 2007 is officially open. However, many are out to their respective summer classes. Hmm.. Do I smell subject failures around here? Haha. Those who’ll react to this statement, I’d say, are only those who are defensive people. While I’m at it, I would like to point out that I do not owe Claire a.k.a. Badat an apology for what ‘happened’ in our exchanging of SMS. She was just very ‘reactive’. Blah, I will no longer discuss further details for others will simply term it as being immature.
As you can obviously see, I’ve finally launched the first installment (utang? Lol) of our site. It’s very simple, yet somehow I am delighted with it. I was really already planning this even before vacation struck and since this time I seem to be free from any form of work, there you have it, I managed to crack my computer for it. Hopefully I will be able to update this very often. ^-^
» 4 Oras dahil ‘di nauubos ang balita: Indeed, Bayugan is now a city. Could you believe they were able to do this to us? Haha. But personally, I don’t envy them at all. San Francisco still leads with its Bus Terminal, Bus Stopover, and all the Provincial Offices and Banks.
/
» Nagbabagang BUZZ! Who would’ve thought? Our very own municipality has a sex scandal now (err, do I sound proud about it or what? Lol)! Furthermore, the girl involved is from our dear alma mater! Laban ka? I think in a few minutes I’ll be able to see a copy of it.
» Kumikitang Kabuhayan: There’s this new Internet café by the Rotunda called “einerz”. It happens to be owned by the Plaza (Tinay) family. Charging P15.00/hour, it was opened last March 3. Sakay na!
Tsk, tsk, tsk.. Only very few of us are present in town right now. With this, will there still be time for some (plastikan) bonding? And will the feast gatherings ultimately come to an end? Let’s find out soon!
